  5. Address Book has the following pricing.
  6. 1- 2 single user licenses, $30 per user
  7. 3- 5 single user licenses, $20 per user
  8.  6-19 single user licenses, $15 per user
  9.  6-49 single user licenses, $15 per user
  10. 50+ single user licenses, $10 per user
  11. A Site License costs $500  and covers all locations for your organization within a 160 kilometer radius  of your site (100 miles). One big advantage of a Site License is that you do not need to keep track of how many people at your site are using the software.
  12. A World-Wide License costs $2000 and it covers all locations for your organization on the planet earth.

  16. Address Book is regularly updated with bug fixes and new features. New versions are uploaded to the Internet and can be downloaded from our World Wide Web page.

  23. To register through Kagi, open the Register program that accompanies Address Book. Enter your name, email address, and number of licenses you desire. Save, copy, or print the registration data and send the data and payment to Kagi. Kagi handles my payment processing.

  25. Credit Card
  26. If you are paying with a Credit Card or First Virtual, you can email or fax the data to Kagi. Their email address is sales@kagi.com and their FAX number is +1 (510) 652-6589  To email your registration, you can copy the data from register and paste into the body of an email message, or you can save data to a file which you then attach to an email message. If you have a fax modem, simply print the data to the Kagi FAX number.
  27. Payments sent via email are processed within 3 to 4 days. You will receive an email acknowledgement when it is processed. Payments sent via FAX take up to 10 days, and if you provide a correct internet email address, you will receive an email acknowledgement.

  30. If you are paying with Cash or Personal Cheque you should print the data using the Registration program and send it to the address shown on the form:

  38. Invoice
  39. If you have a purchasing department, you can enter the data into the Register program and then select     Invoice as your payment method. Print three copies of the form and send it to your accounts payable people. A copy of the form must accompany the payment.

  42. Alternatively, you can register with Smith Productions directly. Simply print, complete and mail, the form in the following section.
